NMH Creative is a multi-disciplinary consulting studio that provides branding, design, communications, feasibility, programming, operating, and recruitment sourcing for Hospitality and Real Estate clients.

NMH knows that no two projects are alike and that each client deserves a customized team tailored to their specific needs. We work with our clients to identify their scope of work and requirements and use our global network of creatives, makers, designers, communicators, operators and professionals to build and manage a curated team for each client.

NMH serves as your independent project manager and works with clients to define their unique vision, strategy, and voice and then briefs and manages unique, hand-sourced teams through to project completion.

NMH also specializes in working with Latin American projects, helping to define their narrative and connect them to global talent and resources. We have specific experience in bridging the cultural divide when working with American clients on their projects in Latin America.

Nicole Haime, Principal

Nicole Haime, the Principal of NMH Creative has spent her career honing skills in different areas of the Hospitality and Real Estate industries. Her educational background includes a BA in Communications and Marketing from Boston University and an MA in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University. She started her career in publishing at Travel & Leisure magazine, worked as a Communications Executive for Orient-Express (now Belmond Hotels), then worked in development & acquisitions for Ace Hotels and Young Woo & Associates in New York before venturing on her own to start NMH Creative. It is this wide breadth of experience that informs her fully customized, hands-on approach. Nicole is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish and specializes in working with Latin American projects.

NMH will identify your design needs and will contract the best design team under the best contractual terms and fees for your project.
